I went to see the band last night at Maxwells in Hoboken. Birthplace of Baseball and Frank Sinatra. Maxwells is a nice small rock club.
Hung out for a bit before the show back stage with Cris and Curt. I brought them CD's of the Hate House December 1980 show. What a bunch of nice guys. We chatted about old times and the state of the world. Then Curt says 'Hey Brendan is here we should do a Jr. CHemists song tonight.' He asks me the notes for '90 Miles' I explain that I didnt know then and I don't know now . . . . But I did sing him a few verses. Anyway, sure enough mid-set they break into '90 Miles' . . . .
